10.2.12
Patty and Willie had one more day of fishing left before going back to the salt mines of NE Georgia.
The winds were low when we first got up, but as the morning went on they started raging out of the west.
I decided to take them into the harbor at Panacea and avoid the heavy winds and take advantage of the sand trout I had been catching there.
The sand trout didn't disappoint as the action was pretty much non stop until the tide starting topping off later in the afternoon.

In the sand trout catching, Pat hooked up on this nice 3 1/2 foot bonnet head shark that drug her around the boat a few times.

What the hell is it?

Dang, that's not a redfish!

All in all a great fishing day with our fishing family!!
